I've never thought of using those cute wood pieces on a bow holder. I have always just folded the ribbon down over a D ring.
I noticed that the ends are frayed. Tip: if you cut the ends of the ribbon then run them over flame, or a wood burner it will seal them. Oh... and Bath & Body works sells these really nice ZIppo's (lighters) that are wonderful for that.
